Bob and Derrick have teamed up

Bob and Derrick have joined forces to offer you an even better service. We both operate under the trading name of ABS and subscribe to the principles and guidelines of this web site.

Please feel free to contact either of us if you have a problem. We are local tradesmen, committed to providing a rapid repair service throughout Bristol and its neighbouring areas.The service we provide are the same but comes to you from self-employed individuals who are independent of each other.

As a customer, your rights are protected and all responsibilities lies directly with whichever one of us you are dealing with.

Our aim is to ensure that the quality of service we provide continues to be of the very best. We believe talking directly to a friendly, approachable engineer is vital for imparting quality information. We have therefore provided a free divert facility so that you can talk freely and directly to us while we are working in the field.

We will no doubt have the answers to your important questions. Also, we are best equipped to offer booking times to within 1/2 hour and not 1/2 a day, as some are accustom to!

Our response is normally same or next day with a 90% on the spot fix. Where parts has to be ordered, repairs are normally completed within a few days. We value your custom and our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction.

The service we offer includes in-house inspections, diagnostics and repairs. The service extends to dishwashers, cookers, tumble dryers and refrigerators. Repairs are subjected to the availability of spares.

We are all suitably qualified, hence we can boast the slogan, "You name it - We fix it! Please be reminded that this is subject to the availability of spares.
